Keystones Cad provides custom digital CAD design services. Because each project is tailored to the client, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.
After Design Work Begins
Once concept development, CAD modeling, rendering, revisions, or deliverable preparation has started, refunds are generally not available because the service is custom and labor-based.
Revision Support
If you need changes, we will work through the revision scope included in your selected package or quoted agreement before discussing any exceptional refund request.
Delivery Issues
If there is a file-delivery problem or a technical issue with an agreed deliverable, Keystones Cad will first attempt to correct and re-deliver the files.
Custom Project Terms
Large-volume, partnership, or special business arrangements may follow custom payment and refund terms confirmed in writing before the project begins.
